I’m a baby boomer. So I guess that gives you a fairly good clue to my age. Well… my chronilogical age. Otherwise, also like many boomers, I’m really still 25!

Over many decades, I’ve kind of become known as the ‘breathe and savor’ lady when I’m interacting with folks in a stressful situation.

I’d like to share some of those stories and my thoughts. My most fervent desire is that anyone who comes across this site, has a moment to breathe deeply and savor where they are… at this very moment.
